System Security

At Edgenuity, keeping information secure is critical. Our program provides stringent security technology and features, and you can be assured that student data is safe thanks to the sophisticated and robust authentication features built into the platform.

Our secure system and authentication procedures also minimize the opportunity for student cheating. Edgenuity monitors when and from where a student logs in and out of Edgenuity. If a duplicate session is detected, the first session is terminated immediately.

Secure Station

With security and the user experience in mind, Edgenuity developed Secure Station. Secure Station gives our customers the ability to grant access only to designated computers, such as monitored lab machines or specific home computers, so that any computers that have not been authorized may not be used.  Administrators can also opt to allow students to access instruction from any computer and restrict assessment access to authorized computers only.
