Imagine Learning utilizes a multi-layer academic support team. Live Chat academic support is available for 6-12 students within course software. Teachers communicate with students throughout the school week as well as on weekends through messaging, text and email.
Instructor and Academic Support
The virtual instructor will establish communication requirements and provide contact information prior to the start of each course. Instructors can be reached by telephone or by email and chat through the communications tab in the student portal.
Academic support can also be reached by email and chat through the communications tab in the 6-12 student portal.
